Healthy body, healthy mind! 

We all know how important exercise is to a healthy lifestyle so it was great to see our Year 4 Playground Leaders enjoying their training with by Tony Dowson and then sharing their skills with some of the younger children in school.
 
Getting active doesn't have to mean doing laps or even playing a full game of football and although those things are definitely lots of fun, it is important to squeeze in a wide variety of games and physical challenges.
 
With that in mind, the children have been coaching each other to develop their skills in skipping, hula hooping and ball games, which not only makes break times more fun but also counts towards our daily exercise target of an hour a day!
