On Wednesday 1st February 2023, children from Reception and Year 1 came along to school in the evening wearing their pyjamas. Some children even brought along their favourite teddy and a snuggly blanket!
Miss Brunton and Mrs Bennett sneaked into school to make the classroom all cosy, with twinkling lights, a virtual fireplace and calming music in the background: the perfect setting for our storytelling session! They even wore their pyjamas too!
We then relaxed and listened to a selection of favourite stories and songs with some cookies and milk to help settle us along the way!
We LOVE our Wonder of Reading sessions which take place every term for different classes. Already, over fifty children have been able to join us for our special story time sessions.
