Seaton Sluice First School is thrilled to have achieved its GOLD School Games Mark Award once again. The award recognises the commitment of pupils and staff to achieving the very best in all areas of sport across the school.
Our children have been enthusiastic participants at a host of sporting events both during the school day and as part of after school clubs, including the recent skipping and hula hooping festivals and a very popular after school football club run by NUFC.
James Janaway and Ben Graham were delighted to accept the award at The Cramlington and Seaton Valley Sports Awards. The event celebrated the achievements of local schools and their commitment to sport. Special thanks goes to Mrs Janaway for accompanying the boys who were a credit to the school and their families on the night.
