Children from SSFS are set to inspire others with their singing.
Next week (Tuesday, 24 May), a small group of pupils will meet with other children from several schools across Blyth and teach them SSFS's school song 'Ode to William Smith'.
The event is the start of a transition project between primary and secondary schools in the Blyth partnership and has been initiated as a result of SSFS's hugely successful performance at the Tall Ships Opening Ceremony.
Deputy Head, Mrs Bennett said: "We are exceptionally proud of the many singing achievements within our school - sharing our enthusiasm further is very exciting."
