Forest School is well underway at Seaton Sluice First School with pupils branching out to try this innovative approach to learning.
The group of 10 children from Years 1 to 3 met with Forest School leader Claire Tustin to take part in the outdoor activities.
The youngsters collected berries, branches and even discovered a baby snail during their explorations.
Although just a pilot trial currently, SSFS hope to continue the provision of Forest School throughout the year as part of a wider aim to encourage and inspire pupils through positive learning experiences.
